June

“June” is the sixth table of my 2020 calendar project. This table is made of maple and italian walnut. Dimensions: 15 x 47 x 16 tall
 
As I've been thinking about how I can help support so many of my friends and neighbors who also have small businesses that are either closed or operating in a reduced way due to the impacts of cororavirus I realized I could do something with this table project. So many of the businesses in downtown Biddeford are owned by friends and have been the key element in revitalizating our downtown. During the duration of the pandemic, I’ll be donating a portion of the sale of each table to a different business. 

$500 of the sale of "June" will go to the best pasta makers in town, friends Eric Houts and Sue Flynn of Four Star Fresh. They are committed to producing locally sourced, handcrafted fresh pasta, polenta, sauces, salsas and baked goods. From personal experience I can say everything they make is of the highest quality and delicious. You can find their products at Part and Parcel, at the Kennebunk Farmers market and featured in restaurants in the area. I'm glad to call Sue and Eric friends and really what better friends can you have than those you bring you fresh pasta!
